Health and Wellness in the Built Environment

This is the recording of a webinar held on February 24, 2022 by FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation. Over the past few years, the “S” in ESG has very much come to include health and wellness. For a building to be considered a responsible, a sustainable, or even an optimized investment, it must promote health and wellness, the holistic well-being of its occupants. COVID-19 has transformed how the real estate sector views health and wellness in the built environment, and it’s elevating and sharpening the role that these initiatives play in ESG strategy. In this webinar, three of the leading global thought leaders on these topics – Holger Adam in Ghana, Peter Lundberg in Thailand, and Gerrit-Jan Teunissen in The Netherlands – share their insights on the importance of fostering human health and wellness in the built environment.
